Dialy Report 03

  Assalamualaikum w.b, Hello, I met again on my third day where my group made croissants and after that we divided the group into 2 groups and I immediately made croissants according to the recipe that was given and mixed the dry mixture except yeast, yaeas down a little.

After everything is finished mixing the dough will be like a round shape.

 after that let stand for 30 minutes a few minutes then directly form like a singg

  A few minutes later it immediately formed a double and after dobleh let it stand again for 15 minutes and directly make it.
