Assalamualaikum w.b, Hello,
Today I made croissants using tools not like usual days and I also used recipes according to the books.
As for the Croissant dough, we store it in the chiller overnight and finish it tomorrow.
After everything was finished we held the gc and we went home at 6:00 p.m.
I met again in my bloq the first day of the third week of practice, where we entered before 08.00.
we had to enter the kitchen and for those who were late directly at Tk 08:00. Before I make my croissants one line first, in bakary, how do I see Pak ical who directly practices making croissants and sour bread.
