Mid Test Dialy Activity*

    Assalamualaikum w.b

  After going through a few weeks of lectures, it was time we held our first practice mid test in this 5th semester. The practice system this time is the same as the previous mid test, which is in groups with different practice days. This time our group got a practice schedule on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Therefore our group had the opportunity to do the preparation for 3 days. In the previous week we were told that the theme of our mid test practice was Bread Corner, such as various types of Croissants, Canapes and Tartlets for 60 pax, and we would set up in the Rector's building.
   Based on a predetermined theme, our group chose to make 6 types of Croissants, such as Red Velvet Croissants, Twisted Croissants, Coconut Walnut Croissants, Cashew Praline Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat and Dulce De Leche, as shown below.
                             Red Velvet Croissant
                            Twistee Croissant
                        Cucunut Walnut Croissant
                       Cashew Praliner Croissant
                                Pain Au Chocalate
                               Dulce de Leche

   Furthermore, there are 3 types of Canape which are as followsp:
                            Egg & beef bacon canape
                     Roasted Chicken Roll Canape
                Mozzarella & Smoked beef canape

  Furthermore, 4 types of Tarlet, namely:
                 Mozzarella & Smoked beef canape
                              Bavaroise Tart
                    Infused Chocalate Jasmine Tart

                      Exotic Coconut Mangga Tart
